I started JasperX at 50 because I wanted to build something entirely my own, a livelihood that rests on my own skills, not on anyone else’s promises. Compliance is what I know, and it is a profession built on one idea: don’t just take someone’s word for it, check. I have spent more than 12 years in regulated financial services, as a Compliance Officer, a Head of Compliance and an Executive Director, building compliance functions from the ground up. I know what an inspector looks for. And I love the research. The part of compliance that most people dread is the part I enjoy.
